Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced, repeatable node-based workflows to ensure production stability, style consistency, and high-fidelity output.
- Produce high-fidelity photorealistic visuals and elements optimized for performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyze visual trends and audience data to ensure AI-generated content is tailored to specific target groups and niches.
- Train and fine-tune custom models (LoRAs) to maintain visual identity and consistency across different products.
- Oversee technical quality control to ensure assets are free of hallucinations, anatomical errors, and style inconsistencies.
- Monitor the AI tools landscape, identify relevant solutions, and recommend new techniques to improve production quality.
- Develop and maintain internal "best practice" libraries, prompt structures, and documentation to ensure repeatable, professional-grade output.
Requirements
- Background in design, photography, or visual production with a deep understanding of professional lighting, composition, and material textures.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience producing commercial marketing assets with generative AI tools - delivered work, not just experimentation.
- Mastery of modern generative AI tools (ComfyUI, Weavy AI, Flora.ai, Runway, or similar platforms) with hands-on experience building custom workflows using visual coding interfaces.
- Proven experience with LoRA training and dataset preparation - from data curation to model output evaluation.
- Cross-platform proficiency, experience in connecting AI outputs with traditional design pipelines (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Methodical approach to AI production, ability to transform experimental tasks into logical, repeatable, and documented systems.
- Understanding of motion logic, ability to generate static assets that maintain structural integrity for subsequent AI video animation.
- Strong portfolio of AI-generated visuals demonstrating photorealistic quality and high-end visual sensibility.
