Generative AI Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate live and on-demand training sessions on generative AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
  • Develop engaging learning materials such as guides, job aids, and video content tailored to employees with varying levels of AI fluency.
  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to create AI-focused soft skills training, including change management and responsible AI use.
  • Track training participation, gather learner feedback, and analyze engagement metrics to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tool updates and identify relevant learning opportunities.
  • Serve as a support resource for employee inquiries regarding AI tools, use cases, and responsible use guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or adult education.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude.
  • Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate both live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous learning programs.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and their application to AI training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
