Generative AI Training and Support Specialist (Hybrid - NYC)

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms.
• Create learning materials, including guides, job aids, videos, and other training resources for users with varying levels of AI experience.
• Serve as a resource for employee questions related to AI tools, use cases, and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational AI policies and data privacy requirements.
• Track training participation, learner feedback, and engagement metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tools and identify new learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
• Experience designing and delivering live, virtual, in-person, and on-demand training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work onsite in New York City three days per week, including Tuesdays.

Skills

• Experience training others on generative AI tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and data privacy best practices.
