Responsibilities

• Operate gas-powered and electric water jets (e.g., JM-2900™, JM-1450) to clear soft blockages such as grease and toilet paper from residential and commercial drain lines.
• Use cable machines (e.g., Speedrooter® 91, Metro-Rooter®) to cut through heavy stoppages like tree roots.
• Diagnose drain issues using video inspection systems (e.g., Gen-Eye®) and digital locators.
• Combine tools (e.g., water jets, cable machines, Kinetic Water Ram™) for optimal productivity and problem-solving.
• Provide permanent solutions to clogged pipes, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding a 30-day warranty on all jobs.
• Maintain and transport equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience with gas-powered and electric water jets, cable machines, and video inspection systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain drain-cleaning equipment, including handling high-pressure water jets (up to 3000 psi) and pneumatic tools.
• Knowledge of drain systems, including residential and commercial lines ranging from 1-1/2” to 4” and larger diameters.
• Physical ability to maneuver and transport heavy-duty equipment (e.g., JM-2900 weighs less but requires stability and handling).
• Commitment to safety protocols, including the use of ground fault circuit interrupters and other standard safety features.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve drain issues efficiently.
