General Utility
Responsibilities
- General plant/mine labor and clean-up of production areas, including shoveling stone from around conveyors and assist with plant clean up and operations
- Being trained in various other entry level production positions and fill in as needed during vacations, absences and increased production demand times
- Operate equipment, including but not limited to: skid steer and loader
- Report equipment problems and identify them to management
- Light maintenance work and maintain the belt lines
- Complete equipment pre-shift report – if applicable
- Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Properly follow all company policies and regulations for safe working procedures and environment
- Ability to maintain safe working conditions
- Self-motivated individual, must be able to perform required duties without constant supervision
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust, etc.)
- Able to perform a variety of duties, some which may include plant clean-up, maintenance, operating equipment and other duties as assigned
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time throughout the workday, as required to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to learn quickly
- Willing to work weekends and overtime

Pay
Wages starting at $22.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Overall pay will be determined based on experience. Rogers Group will train.
Schedule
Full-time Day shift: 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. (hours may vary)
