- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
- Sweep and mop kitchen and serving areas
- Maintain all floors, walls, freezers, walk-ins and kitchen equipment, keeping them dry and free of debris
- Remove and dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of garbage cans
Food Preparation and Service
- Operate, maintain and dismantle dish machine and ensure proper chemical usage and temperature maintenance
- Wash and sanitize all glassware, plates, meal trays, pots, inserts, utensils, service ware, etc.
- Restock items in proper places
- Assist with food preparation
- Serve meals to clients in a professional and polite manner
- Identify, stock, store and rotate food properly using FIFO system
