Responsibilities
- Drive sales and set a positive example on the sales floor.
- Analyze and interpret sales reports and daily trends to make informed business decisions.
- Create and implement plans to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and connect regularly with the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Model and uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and brand standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Qualifications
- Strong sensory skills, including good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. occasionally.
- Constant walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.

Pay
$55,900.00 to $76,900.00
