General Store Manager - New Store Opening

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and set a positive example on the sales floor.
  • Analyze and interpret sales reports and daily trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Create and implement plans to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and connect regularly with the team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Model and uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and brand standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Strong sensory skills, including good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. occasionally.
  • Constant walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.

Pay

$55,900.00 to $76,900.00
