Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily sales operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer programs, and industry regulation
- Foster a customer-centric culture, maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales management experience (GSM, New/Used Car Manager, or Desk Manager level)
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and profitability objectives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and manufacturer programs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, DMS systems, and digital retailing tools
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high CSI scores
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
