General Production LOADOUT C SHIFT NIGHTS (Madison)

About the role

Join our team at Tyson Foods Loadout (Madison Distribution Center). This position involves reading order sheets, locating and retrieving boxes from a two‑story rack system, and placing them on a conveyor. Boxes range from 9 to 100 lbs; you may also stack boxes onto pallets or arrange them directly in trucks, ensuring proper box orientation and label visibility. Tasks vary based on order type.

Responsibilities

• Read order sheets to determine required products
• Locate and retrieve boxes from a two‑story rack system
• Place boxes on conveyor, stack onto pallets, or arrange directly in trucks
• Ensure proper box orientation and label visibility
• Adapt tasks based on order type

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Lifting requirement: 9–100 lbs
• Must provide proof of authorization to work legally in the U.S.
• Must pass a urinalysis screening (part of post‑offer health assessment)
• Certain roles require a background check; documentation will be provided if an offer is extended
• Hourly applicants must complete the additional task after submitting the application to be considered

Work environment

• Dry and cold conditions
• Temperature range: 25–45°F

Schedule

• Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday
