General Production - LOADOUT C-SHIFT NIGHTS (Madison)

About the role

Join our team at Tyson Foods Loadout at the Madison Distribution Center. This position involves working in a dry and cold environment with temperatures ranging from 25 to 45 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Read order sheets to determine items to be retrieved
• Locate and retrieve boxes from a two-story rack system
• Place boxes on a conveyor, with boxes ranging from 9 to 100 lbs
• Stack boxes onto pallets or arrange them directly in trucks
• Ensure proper box orientation and label visibility
• Tasks vary based on the order type

Schedule

• Work Shift: A Shift (United States of America)
• Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Lifting requirement varies from 9–100 lbs
• Must provide proof of authorization to work legally within the U.S.
• Must pass a urinalysis screening as part of a post-offer health assessment
• Certain roles at Tyson require background checks; if offered a position requiring one, additional documentation will be provided
