Night Tower Loader (Shift)

Position Overview

This role involves moving and loading pallets of merchandise from staging areas into trailers, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks. It requires attention to safety, quality, and efficiency to support timely truck loading and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Loading full pallets
• Inspecting trailers
• Verifying loads with RF devices
• Wrapping pallets
• Performing equipment inspections
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Occasional safe lifting of products and working on various surfaces

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of forklift operation experience
• Knowledge of safe material handling procedures
• Strong safety awareness
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Key Duties

• Stay active during shifts by standing, bending, lifting, and moving products weighing 1-60 lbs or more
• Work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations and multiple levels
• Safety handling of tools and equipment is essential
