Cooper Farms is currently seeking 1st shift General Production team members to join our team in Van Wert. SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.50 with the potential of increasing to $17.75 after 90 days. ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All Training Will Be Provided. Job Functions Include Operating and maintaining knowledge of the departmental equipment and operationsEnsuring that all assigned procedures are carried out efficiently in accordance with production/quality/safety guidelineWorking with others to ensure all areas are up to standard and reporting any abnormalities.Accurately completing all required paperwork.
