Pay

Hourly Competitive Starting Pay – $17.30 per hour. Team members receive industry-leading wages.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and use hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment to help deliver good food responsibly to America’s dinner table.
• Perform physically demanding work requiring good hand‑eye coordination, attention to detail, strength and stamina.
• Be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime depending on production demands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
• Capable of standing on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12‑hour shift.
• Willing to work around animal blood and/or carcass parts.
• Able to work with a knife (if trained).
• Capable of working in cold areas (approximately 20‑40 °F) and/or warm areas (over 100 °F).
• Able to work in wet and humid environments.
• Willing to wear required personal protective equipment: hard hat, hearing/eye protection, steel‑toed safety shoes.
• Able to work in noisy environments using PPE.
• Capable of working with sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
• Tolerant of strong smells/odors.
• Able to climb/move on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways and platforms.
• Capable of bending, stooping, and twisting repetitively over an entire shift.
• Willing to walk long distances.
• Able to perform physically demanding work that may require use of some or all body parts and muscle groups.
• Capable of repetitive overhead lifting up to 30 lbs, single lifting of heavy objects up to 60 lbs, or lifting objects with mechanical assistance.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
