General Operative

Responsibilities

• Aid in the manufacturing and assembly of architectural facade components.
• Learn to operate machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role is advantageous.
• Experience operating hand and power tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new equipment.
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Effective communication skills to follow instructions and work as a team.
