Experience
- 2+ years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
- 2+ years’ experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million
- 2+ years’ experience deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements
- 2+ years’ experience supervising and training 10+ employees
Skills And Demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more

About the role
The Truck Care General Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our high-volume, multifaceted truck care facility. You will lead staff, including Service Advisors, to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

They must have 2+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. Additionally, they should have 2+ years of experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million, 2+ years of experience deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements, and 2+ years of experience supervising and training 10+ employees.
