General Manager

About the role

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Works with their leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• One year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations preferred.
• Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
