General Manager- Sales Subsidiary
About the role
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing the sales and order fulfillment processes and teams. This includes overall strategic planning and execution of sales and order fulfillment functions to assure the company's continued growth and profitability with specific emphasis on sales growth, process improvement, customer satisfaction, cost of quality, and people development. The GM is responsible for P & L, balance sheet, and cash flow. They are expected to lead members of management effectively to deliver total customer satisfaction, company profitability, and market share growth.
Responsibilities

Pay
The targeted salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. The total compensation package for this position will also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus, and shared purchase plan. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Schedule
This is an on-site role with limited travel.
