About the role
Elements Massage® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee massage therapists and wellness membership advisors (WMAs) to ensure guest experience, survey administration, membership and enhancement metrics, and contests are managed effectively.
- Regularly report performance to senior leadership, massage therapists, and WMAs.
- Interface with key vendors and clients to grow and enhance the brand, leverage internal and external relationships, and improve guest satisfaction.
- Conduct room audits, inventory control, and other necessary actions.
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Management experience, including roles such as sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize and lead a team efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interpersonal interactions.
- Organized and adept at project management, with the ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Competent trainer and motivator.
- MindBody Software experience is a plus.
