About the role
Elements Massage® is seeking a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and operations for the Massage Therapy wellness studio
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures
- Lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly
- Customer Service oriented
- Identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
- Communicate effectively through both verbal and written means
- Show strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Work flexible days and hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- MindBody Software experience is a plus
Qualifications
- A great manager who believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager
- Excellent leadership skills to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Work flexible days and hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- MindBody Software experience is a plus
