Sales Responsibilities
- Selling. All the time.
- Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win.
- Providing continuous feedback to the team.
- Ensuring the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
- Captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests.
- Creating a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs.
Operations Responsibilities
- Maintaining an impeccable and clean studio.
- Creating and managing schedules.
- Managing inventory.
- Providing customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Open availability due to our locations opening early and closing late 7 days a week.
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong project management abilities.
- MindBody Software experience is a plus.
