General Manager- Salary Range between $62k and $90k annual

About the role

A General Manager is the leader of any particular restaurant. They must have a guest-first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, but we also accept all applications that include some McDonald’s management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets and maintain a positive dining environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and budgeting to optimize resources.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or related field preferred.

Pay

The salary range is dependent on a variety of factors including amount of McDonald’s experience, time in the food service industry, availability, etc.
