The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Works with leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them
- Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction
- Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future

- MUST have previous Quick Service General Manager experience running high volume locations
