General Manager-Commercial Cleaning

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities
• Manage and coordinate the work of all staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and administrative personnel
• Develop and implement facility management plans, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Manage and maintain customer relationships
• Monitor and manage the budget for the assigned facilities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors
• Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
• Must be available to work scheduled hours of 1:30 pm - 10 pm Monday through Friday and 20 Saturdays/Sundays for floor care jobs annually

Pay

$41,000 - $65,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and TAG commissions

Schedule

Scheduled hours of 1:30 pm - 10 pm Monday through Friday and 20 Saturdays/Sundays for floor care jobs annually.
