General Manager, B2B Marketplace (VP-Level)

Key Responsibilities
- Own the performance and operations of the organization's Clinic Purchasing Platform
- Lead and develop two experienced managers responsible for Account Management and Customer Experience, overseeing a combined organization of approximately 15 customer-facing professionals
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize customer needs and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Gather customer and market feedback to help inform commercial strategy, product direction, and long-term investment decisions
- Review and provide guidance on executive-facing customer materials, including proposals, business reviews, strategic plans, and performance updates
- Continuously improve the processes, metrics, and operating rhythms used by the Account Management and Customer Experience organizations
- Conduct regular business reviews with managers to evaluate account health, identify opportunities and risks, and ensure teams are executing against priorities
- Travel up to 25% to meet with enterprise customers for strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and executive relationship building
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of account management, relationship-based sales, or similar experience
- Previous people management responsibilities, including experience managing managers or leading teams through other leaders
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships
- An eagerness to be involved in the details of ongoing projects, despite a high-level role & title
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Interest in data and more quantitative problem solving
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- A positive attitude and team-based mentality; excellent collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $170,000/year - $280,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what the organization may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
