General Manager, Aviation Lounge 2

Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple service lines, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients, ensuring all service standards are met while championing team development, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations with autonomy to shape service excellence and team culture
• Collaborate directly with clients to build partnerships that drive satisfaction and retention
• Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of managers and frontline employees
• Play a key role in achieving and exceeding financial goals through effective planning and execution
• Work across multiple service areas, bringing creativity and innovation to everyday challenges
• Gain exposure to strategic planning, resource management, and leadership development
• Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources, including performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions
• Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across diverse service lines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of management experience
• 5 years of related experience
• Experience leading food service or multi-service operations, with a strong grasp of both front-line execution and strategic oversight
• Skillset to build and sustain high-performing teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and support employee retention
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving operational efficiencies
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a focus on service excellence and solution-oriented thinking
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering results and solving challenges

Pay

Pay Range: $120,190 per year - $155,540 per year. Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
