About the role

Take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you'll oversee daily operations, lead service excellence, and drive team performance across multiple service areas. This role is your opportunity to build strong client partnerships, inspire your team, and make a measurable impact on guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional, or operational areas, processes, or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with autonomy and support, ensuring seamless service delivery across key areas
• Build and nurture a high-performing team through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development
• Drive success by achieving operational goals and optimizing financial performance
• Collaborate closely with clients to create value-added solutions and lasting relationships

Requirements

• Leadership experience in food service or hospitality, with a strong track record of team development and employee engagement
• Solid financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, analyze performance, and implement cost-effective strategies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with clients, customers, and team members
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, multi-service environment
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences through operational excellence, innovation, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of management experience
• 5 years of related experience

Pay

Pay range: $89,250 – $115,500. Incentive eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
