General Manager

About the role

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated management candidate to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced, growing family entertainment center. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about guest service, with a willingness to learn all aspects of our business. As the General Manager, you will oversee bowling, food & beverage, and arcade operations, ensuring the center meets or exceeds revenue and cost objectives while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in general management
• Experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage (a plus)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to manage costs, including labor costs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center
• Develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate objectives
• Ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Analyze P&L and oversee department managers to achieve revenue goals, including proper cash handling, upselling opportunities, and transaction processes
• Train and manage department managers to meet product and guest service standards
• Work with department managers and corporate staff to implement revenue-driving initiatives, such as league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotions
• Lead a salaried management team of 8-10 and oversee a team of 120-150 hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
