Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and implement the company vision by directing day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
- Drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solutions-sales environment while optimizing customer and employee experience.
- Mentor your Assistant General Manager.
- Complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
- Motivate the team to excel in every guest interaction.
- Build, develop, and mentor the sales team.
- Teach, coach, and follow the sales process with Every Guest. Every Time.
- Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
- Serve as a brand advocate for Victra.
- Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services effectively.
- Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
- Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintain store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
- Handle business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
- Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolution.
- Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow-up.
- Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure they provide guests with complete solutions to meet current and future needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements
- Attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of your official start date; overnight travel may be required at the company’s expense.
- Attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU; overnight travel may be required at the company’s expense.
- Complete various online and computer-based training throughout employment.

Pay
Base rate of $21.00 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
