General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant General Manager to lead our operations and foster growth opportunities within our expanding McAlister's Deli network.

Responsibilities

• Manage high expectations and conduct business in a respectful and highly ethical manner.
• Hands-on leadership with team members, focusing on raising execution levels.
• Foster a unique environment that promotes personal development, creativity, and opportunity.
• Operate a non-smoking, no-alcohol, no-grease restaurant with a diverse menu including deli sandwiches, baked potatoes, soups, salads, desserts, and sweet tea.
• Focus on superior service and food quality, with an unwavering passion for developing our people.
• Work flexible hours, typically from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, with no early mornings or late nights.
• Participate in the rapid expansion of McAlister's Deli locations, offering numerous career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of the McAlister's Deli brand and its values.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
