General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role requiring previous experience managing high-volume locations or similar roles in hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Works with the leader to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction to enhance performance.
• Makes hiring and development decisions for Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for future success.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations.
• A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review industry.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
