General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading a team of Department Managers
2. Setting and achieving restaurant goals
3. Hiring, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers
4. Mentoring and directing Department Managers to improve their teams and the restaurant

Requirements:

• Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations
• Experience in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review
• Must be 18 years or older
