General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading a team of Department Managers
2. Setting and achieving restaurant goals
3. Mentoring and directing Department Managers to improve their teams and the restaurant
4. Hiring, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers

Requirements

To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager works closely with a team of Department Managers. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, or experience in hospitality or retail. They must be 18 years or older.
