Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Oversee daily financial responsibilities, including labor costs, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
• Cook off.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
• Encourage the professional growth and development of all staff members.
• Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve store goals.
• Aid in the hiring process to select quality staff and develop strategies for their retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen related to labor costs and inventory management.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
