- Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction.
- Might be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations.
- A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/review experience is preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
