• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment management or customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
