Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing customer-focused teams in the fitness, hospitality, restaurant or similar industry.

- A High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong leadership, team building, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
