General Manager Assistant, Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD)

About the role

The Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) network is seeking a General Manager Assistant to support the site leadership team. This role involves managing executive schedules, planning site events, and supporting internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, travel, and meeting logistics
• Plan and execute site events (recognition programs, holiday celebrations, morale initiatives)
• Support Employee Relations and HR coordination, including onboarding and associate communications
• Create internal communications — announcements, newsletters, visual content
• Track deliverables, compile reports, and drive accountability for leadership action items
• Cookordination with cross-functional partners including HR, Safety, Recruiting, and Maintenance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent education
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older
