General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial
About the role
In this essential leadership role, you’ll be responsible for guiding environmental services operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll manage day-to-day performance, oversee budgets, and champion safety while inspiring your team to meet and exceed service expectations. You’ll be accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and depend on your ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience
- 5 years of related experience
Skills
- Proven experience leading custodial or environmental services teams in a fast‑paced setting
- Leadership presence with a focus on team development, engagement, and retention
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and operational performance metrics
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in facilities or healthcare environments
- Proactive, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and service delivery

Pay
Pay range: $74290 per year - $96140 per year. Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
