General Maintenance

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure such as doors, windows, flooring, and walls.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Auxiliary support with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment

• Working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• The role may require occasional overtime and on-call availability for emergency repairs.
