PAY: Pay: $33.47/hour$3,000 Sign-On BonusNestlé Quarterly Bonus Structure401k with company matchBenefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)11 paid holidays SHIFT / SCHEDULE DETAILS: Shift: 2nd Shift and 3rd shift available RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform repair, preventive maintenance, modification, and installation of plant processing equipment and infrastructure to maximize efficiency and longevityTroubleshoot electrical systems, instrument controllers, and pneumatic control systemsInstall conduit, repair lift trucks, and complete equipment overhaulsMaintain and repair plant support systems, including compressed air, steam, water, sewer, HVAC, and ammonia refrigerationFabricate and repair components using stainless steel, aluminum, and ferrous metalsOperate a variety of welding and cutting equipment, including TIG, stick, spot welders, oxy‑acetylene, and plasma torchesApply industrial coatings, caulking, and grouting materials with proper preparation techniquesDisassemble and reassemble plant equipment for cleaning, repair, and changeoversSupport production changeovers to meet shifting line requirementsMaintain a clean, organized shop area and follow all safety and housekeeping standardsFollow all safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements at all times REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED preferredBasic mechanicalBasic mechanical background with cutting and welding knowledgeTrade school, technical training, or military experience helpfulUnderstanding of basic electricity and its application in an industrial settingExperience with power tools, hand tools, welding and cutting equipment, and electrical testing toolsComfortable using computers for work orders, documentation, and basic communicationAbility to work off‑shifts, weekends, overtime, and extended shifts as needed SKILLS: Fabrication and welding skills across multiple materials and processesMechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilityFamiliarity with plant support systems, including HVAC and ammonia refrigerationAttention to detail and a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to changing needsEffective communication and teamwork skills Pay: $33.47 per hour Bonus Eligibility: Yes The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
