About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience in maintenance or construction.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
