General Liability Litigation Attorneys
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney. We offer flexible work models for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Work with a collaborative team under the direction of an experienced leader and trial attorney.
- Handle general liability matters, with experience in motor vehicle accidents and rideshare cases preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in general liability.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in legal writing, analytical thinking, and research capabilities.
Skills
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Experience with motor vehicle accidents and rideshare cases is a plus but not required.

Pay
The firm's current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
