Responsibilities
- Engage in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters.
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision.
- Participate in trial proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general liability.
- Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Possess strong academic background and proven skills in research.
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments independently.
Qualifications

- Proven skills in research and legal writing.
- Strong academic background.
- Experience in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters.
- Preferred trial experience.
