About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is a full‑service Am Law 100 firm with offices in all 50 states, offering excellent opportunities for experienced General Liability attorneys in its Philadelphia office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in general liability, and the firm welcomes all experience levels to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters.
• Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Participate in forward‑facing client interactions.
• Trial experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general liability.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven research skills.
• Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to work as a driven team player and self‑starter with minimal supervision.
