About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking experienced General Liability attorneys for its Knoxville office. Ideal candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience in general liability and must be licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents
• Reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege
• Preparing for, attending, and summarizing depositions
• Cooking with witnesses
• Communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel
• Drafting and arguing motions

Qualifications

• Strong academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision

Pay

Skills
