General Liability Litigation Attorneys
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney in its Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience, but we welcome all experience levels to apply. While this role is listed under our General Liability group, we encourage candidates with interests in other practice areas to apply as well. We’re happy to consider you for opportunities across our team and find the best fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Drive team projects and initiatives
- Manage litigation cases from inception through trial
- Prepare and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Lead written discovery efforts
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Prominent academic background
- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience, but all experience levels welcome
- Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required
- Trial experience is preferred but not required

- Strong legal research skills
- Effective communication and writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
