Claims Supervisor, Complex General Liability Lead a team responsible for high-exposure and litigated general liability claims. Manage the end-to-end claims process, including thorough investigations, coverage analysis, and negotiated resolution of complex matters. Oversee claim investigations and determine liability and coverage positions.Review and manage reserves to reflect claim exposure accurately.Authorize settlements and support negotiation strategies for complex claims.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal standards.Partner with clients, brokers, and defense counsel to coordinate case direction and drive effective outcomes.Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to claims team members.
