General Liability Claims Supervisor - Multi Client

About the role

This fully remote position involves managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring claims are handled in accordance with client policies, corporate procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will apply your claims experience to analyze exposure, plan resolutions, and interact with various parties to drive effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims, leveraging analytical skills to make informed decisions and achieve resolution.
• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan appropriate courses of action, and resolve claims effectively.
• Interact extensively with claimants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolution throughout the claims process.
• Provide empathetic and professional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients at every step of the claims process.
• Handle claims in alignment with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and industry standards, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients and manage workloads.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience.
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices in claims management.
• Proficiency with claims and business software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with Municipality Claims, Bodily Injury (BI), and Litigation Management.
