Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing employee reimbursements/loans and posting.
  • Responsible for general ledger accounting processing in ERP.
  • Responsible for salary and BPJS provision and payment accounting.
  • Responsible for the accounting processing of principal and interest provisions for loans both within and outside the group.
  • Responsible for accounting of bank fees, foreign exchange, interbank transfers, etc.
  • Responsible for tax accounting and regularly cleaning up the tax discrepancies.
  • Responsible for expense provision and regularly cleaning up for the occurrence of discrepancies.
  • Prepare BS, IS, CF, OR Aging Statements, OP Aging Statements, Short-term and Long-term loan Statements, and the work of the annual audit.
  • Prepare the bank reconciliation form and provide the financial information required for regular bank reports.
  • Assist related parties in reconciling accounts and other tasks required by the team.
  • Job Requirement and Qualification

    • Min. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/related major from a reputable University
    • At least 3 Years of working experience in general ledger and reporting
    • Good communication in English and being able to speak Mandarin are preferable
    • Familiarity with bookkeeping, basic accounting procedures and principles, accounting and tax law, and regulations
    • Strong with Excel formulas and reconciliation
    • Competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software eg, SAP/ERP/Oracle
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and a deadline
    • Honest and an initiative person, able to work autonomously and as a team member
