General Laborer - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay

About the role

JMS Turning Point Division is seeking Day and Night Shift General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, PA. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits; training is provided. Responsibilities

• Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris
• Hose and shovel coal/coal dust in the prep plant, transfer buildings, and silos
• Perform general labor and maintenance work where needed
• Obtain MSHA Surface papers (training provided)

Work Schedule

• Two rotating options: Tuesday night through Saturday morning or Saturday night through Wednesday morning
• Day Shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour days)
• Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 7:00 am, 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour days)
• Overtime available
• Full-time hours; must be able to work full shifts including weekends and holidays

Compensation

• $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
• $1.00/hour raise after 90 days (pending performance review)

Prerequisites

• MSHA Surface Training plus site tour (provided)
• Ability to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing, and hair follicle test
